Well. This day just gets better. Laid phone on folding table, threw laundry on top of phone to sort it, couldn't find phone in 10 minutes of looking, it dawned on me. Yeah, in the laundry. No, it won't boot up. Anybody got a spare be**er Iphone or android? Gotta research my options.

Good morning! 80 years ago, 16 years and a month before I was born, a bunch of young people did the unimaginable. Trained and trained in something they mostly didn't want to do, but had to do. For many it was their last day. No sweet passing in hospice or their own beds, just being gone with no chance at a family or future. We take a lot for granted, but it isn't granted. It was earned. Yeah, today the flag goes out front.

Put in most of the garden yesterday. Dome ON, tomatoes. Today it's peppers, and we'll have a sunflower riot this year from all the sprouts. Ow. My poor deteriorating spine.

Guess what? I'm going to give away A Secret. When you leave your meat-house, what you see is what you have made in your mind. I do not know if 'consciousness' continues, but I can tell you this: In my view, an indescribable Being that we are an important part of communes with you, with an assistant Being nearby. Assistant Being takes down the record. I think. I stand there, kinda wigged out (since you know, just 'died' and all) and the BIG Being says 'did you get the joke?' If I can pull my 'self' together, I hope I can say 'it was on me, wasn't it?' Everyone in all creation laughs and says 'yep, he gets it.' Do that HERE, in your meat bag. Hurry.

I'll ask R's and D's and I's like me to say a little internal remembrance of Brigid Kelly today if you can. 40 is far too early, in my opinion, but nature makes these choices. God, if you believe in that sort of thing. 'Every man's death diminishes me.' I disagreed with some of her positions, particularly working to legalize sports gambling, but she cost herself her power in the Statehouse for her Householder vote, and turns out she was right. Stood for something. What a Hell of a fine way to live. You take it easy over there, Brigid, you earned some serious time off.

Supply issues are real right now. Service entrance cable is sitting on a few shipping containers, and what is available is very expensive.
