Meet Tiffany Chen, one of our talented Green Plant Technicians! A California native, Tiffany owned a holistic health chef business before moving to Cincinnati. She wanted to try something different and decided to lean into her love of plants because she says they “make my heart sing”. She’s currently pursuing an Associate’s degree in Sustainable Horticulture at Cincinnati State and first learned about Innergreen through a presentation during one of her classes.

Her plant background had been focused more on outdoor gardening and since coming to work with us over the last six months, she’s been able to explore other parts of the green industry. She loves visiting her various accounts each day and getting to talk to with clients about plants. Building a rapport with them is one of her favorite things about her job. She says, “plants make people happy and I’m so happy I get to be part of that”. She wants her clients to know they are welcome to ask her anything about plants when they see her.

Her favorite plant is Dracaena Rikki, a type of house tree, because they come in different foliage varieties and look pretty while being easy to maintain. She also likes Ficus Moclame, and indoor statement trees in general.
