Vicki is moving into her condo!
We fixed all of the drywall imperfections, painted all of the walls, refinished the baseboards/trim and doors, laid all new LVP, fixed termite damage and replaced her front door.
While we were installing the stair treads, we added more hand rails in the stairwell. And to finish out the project, we partnered with Joyful Cabinet Painting who refinished, painted and installed new cabinet doors to brighten up the kitchen! They did a great job and our customer is thrilled!

During demo we found that the fence posts were not installed below the frost line. We dug each hole and cemented the posts in place. This will help the gate stay in place and not lean over.
