Cincinnatus Fireman's Field Days

VENDOR APPLICATION
The 2026 Fireman's Field Days will be held July4th and 5th on the Cincinnatus Fire Department Fairgrounds. The event this year will include Crafters, Vendors, Car Show, Music, Cow Chip Bingo, Good Food and other good things to be added. Keep watching our page
SET UP: Saturday – July 4 Sunday - July 5th
FEE: $25.00 - Spaces are 12' X12' one day $40.00 for two days
Please Note the Following Policies:
1. Once we have accepted your registration, there will be NO REFUNDS for any reason.
2. We have plenty of space....
3. Spaces will be rented on a "first come, first served" basis. You will be notified by phone or email if we cannot accept your registration. Early registration is advised for reasons that will be disclosed to the vendor if requested.
4. The Cincinnatus Fire Department has the right to refuse any vendor space.
5. PLEASE be sure to complete the registration form properly and return promptly.
6. Designated parking areas will be provided for all vendors, close to space sites.
7. Weapons (ie: guns, knives, swords or anything with profanity may not be sold to anyone under the age of 18)
8. We will supply electric for booth lighting. You must bring an extension cord for electric hookup. Electric needed for other purposes bust be requested prior to setting up.
9. Noncompliance with the rules and regulations will not to tolerated.
