🔑 Pro Tip: Use the "Two-Minute Rule." If a new task, email, or client note takes less than two minutes to complete, DO IT IMMEDIATELY rather than deferring it to a list. This clears mental clutter and keeps momentum high!

When the office is also your home, the "end" of the workday can feel like a moving target. 🏠💻

Without a commute to create space between professional duties and personal life, we often find ourselves working late into the evening without a single moment to breathe. I’ve been there, especially during the pandemic, when the demand for support was at an all-time high.

To reclaim your balance, you need a Workday Ritual. 🛑✨

A ritual signals to your brain that the professional shift is over and the personal shift has begun. It doesn’t have to be complicated:

Change your clothes: Swap the blazer for a hoodie.

Take a short walk: Even if it’s just around the block.

Practice a mindful activity: For me, it was coloring. It became my transition from "Work" to "Home." 🎨

By being intentional about how we close our laptops, we protect our mental energy and ensure we have enough left for ourselves and our families.
