We had a great time getting in the Christmas spirit by giving alongside Samaraitan’s Purse in their Operation Christmas Child program. With donations from our company and staff, we filled 100 boxes to the brim with toys and gospels for needy children from around the world. What a great ministry and what a great team of people we have here at The Fechtel Company. We are blessed to be a blessing.

We are so excited to partner with Hope Children's Home and Kforce to build another Cottage of Hope for these beautiful kids!

It was really special to have Dave Dunkel, Chairman and CEO of Kforce, share about the story and journey of this cottage. The Kforce and The Fechtel Company teams loved seeing the progress on the cottage and spending time with the children!

Celebrating 16 years with TFC is Tom Hublou. Very rarely will you find a kinder, gentler or more compassionate man and we are so grateful to have him on our team. He is a faithful prayer warrior and whenever a need is made known to him, it is well covered. We appreciate Tom’s leadership in this area as it is an integral part of our company’s mission. Happy “sweet” 16, Tom!

“Coach” Dave Wolcott celebrated his 26th anniversary with the company this past September, meaning he started working for us at age 5 (he was very advanced for his age). Dave is the “energizer bunny” as a project manager (fueled by peanut butter and chocolate) and we call him “coach” because of his gifts in leadership and encouragement. He is excellent at his work and we appreciate Dave and celebrate his time here at The Fechtel Company. To many more years together as a team. 🎉

As we celebrate 30 years of building beautiful homes in Tampa Bay, how could we do what we do without this lady? Many of you have called the office and heard this soothing, calming “everything is wonderful and whatever is going on in your life is going to be okay” voice on the other end of the line. Peggy Schroeder beats all as she has been with TFC from the get-go. She wears many hats and could seriously write a book on how to keep up with Jay Fechtel (which would be a best seller), can run circles around anyone her age (and most folks) on the computer and even keeps all of those plates spinning with a cheerful smile. She’s the absolute BEST 🏆 and we honor you, Peggy, on this .
