🌲 What a difference a little clearing can make! 🌲
This Pine Ridge property had plenty of potential, it just needed to be opened up.

We Cleared and Graded this area for the homeowners, who have horses and wanted to create a space they could actually use. 🐴 Now they have a clean, open area ready for their horses, while also giving them a beautiful piece of the property to enjoy! Jobs like this are always fun to see come together. You start with an overgrown piece of land and end up with a whole new space.

The best way to get to know someone isn't by asking what they do for a living...

It's by seeing what they do when no one is watching.

Meet Lorenzo Carducci, the owner of Citrus Custom Grading.

At 29 years old, he's spent the last five years building a business he's genuinely proud of. Although he wasn't born here, he was raised in Pine Ridge and has called this community home for most of his life. Every project is personal because he's working in the same neighborhoods where he grew up.

But if you know Lorenzo, you know land clearing isn't the only thing he's passionate about.

He's the type of person who'll pull over for an injured animal without thinking twice. Over the past few years, we've rescued, transported and fostered more than seven dogs, along with a red-tailed hawk, an owl, multiple fawns, tortoises, raccoons, possums, Sherman fox squirrels, gray squirrels, and even relocated a few rattlesnakes. If an animal needs help, we're usually the ones getting the call.

We're also proud to volunteer with Missy's Miracles, helping transport animals to safety whenever we're needed.

The same care and dedication Lorenzo gives to wildlife is what he brings to every customer. He believes in doing things the right way, treating people honestly, and leaving every property better than he found it.

Citrus Custom Grading isn't just a business to him it's a way to serve the community that's given him so much.
