The MC-10G is a compact media converter that transforms conventional twisted-pair RJ-45 cabling, equipped with 10G NBase-T technology, into a 10G SFP+ slot for a pluggable fiber transceiver. This conversion extends the transmission distance for applications such as Data Center 10G NBase-T to 10GBase-X or ISP Mobile DU (Distributed Unit) and Enterprise broadband service. The MC-10G SFP+ media converter fully adheres to the 802.3u, 802.3ab, 802.3z, 802.3bz, 802.3ae, and 802.3an standards, ensuring maximum compatibility and performance. The operation status of the device can be monitored locally via a set of Diagnostic LEDs positioned on the front panel, offering users immediate feedback on the system's state. This feature allows for prompt response to any operational anomalies, contributing to higher network uptime and reliability.
