Started out all pretty in pink this morning but dealing with the world can make you green hulk angry by the end of the day. Or Link (Zelda character) green and part machine like this picture shows. So I dressed the part cuz I bought this fun machine sleeve from GameStop a few weeks ago 😂🙌🏼🤓 I’m just a Zelda loving gaming nerd at home and I collect all the things in the games for the quests. I collect toy donations in real life too which can be equally stressful to coordinate. Lol but kids are worth it.

Thinking up ways I can earn your support as I write this book of mine so I thought I’d share this simple cover artwork I did in the meantime. Her name is Rene but her friends call her Ren. Her name was inspired by the bird- wren that was also given to her father for a good deed just before Rene “arrived”. A wren, symbolizing rebirth, was just the gift they needed to remind them to keep their dream alive of becoming parents one day. Who knew the future they would have in store for their family.

My niece and I wearing our new homemade durags. I needed one for my braids at night or p**f during the day and she just needed one for after the bath to train her fluffy feathery hair to stay down. I designed them and my mom sewed them for me 😊❤️🔥🤩🙌🏼
