📣 Big News! GatherWell is Coming in 2025
Transforming Spaces, Transforming Lives.
We’re excited to introduce GatherWell, a movement dedicated to creating spaces where personal and collective well-being take center stage.
At GatherWell, we help individuals and organizations thrive by fostering well-being in every aspect of life. We specialize in consulting churches to reimagine underutilized spaces into coworking communities that inspire connection and growth. Through workshops and resources, we guide you to create balance, build resilience, and lead a thriving life.
✨ GatherWell isn’t about physical locations—it’s about redefining the spaces we share and the way we grow. It’s about fostering environments where people come together to prioritize their wellbeing, thrive personally, and connect meaningfully with others.
💡 Together, we’ll reimagine what it means to grow—not just professionally, but holistically. This is about creating opportunities for individuals to embrace connection, resilience, and the power of shared growth.
This is just the beginning. Stay tuned as we embark on this transformative journey to build a future rooted in connection and wellbeing in 2025.
Transforming spaces. Transforming lives.

Hey Friends! Due to the COVID-19 concerns, we’re close to the public. Currently, we are not offering tours, drop-ins or meeting space rentals to non-members. Our community is taking the necessary precautions to be safe by implementing social distancing, hand washing and more. I know working alone sucks and especially during these times. We encourage entrepreneurs to connect online. Please do Self Care. Your mental health matters. Check on your folks. Stay connected to family, friends and your tribe. Be Well! -

We’ve Changed Our Name, But Not Our Passion. | We’re super excited to announce we are changing our name - TRIBE COWORK! We are passionate about creating community with entrepreneurs, that’s TRIBE.

Tribe Cowork is a Coworking space is Claremont, CA. We are women focused space where everyone is welcomed. As a woman entrepreneur and business owner, I wanted to focus on women and promoting wellness for entrepreneurs. Women need a space to cultivate, grow and thrive collectively. Entrepreneurship is a journey. It can be challenging. Because we work so hard to reach a level of success there is a lack of self care. Tribe Cowork believes entrepreneurs need to thrive in every area of life including their well-being.

Tribe Cowork is the lovechild of Founder Ehmandah Ramsey. At the most basic, you can say that it’s a coworking space, but that’s like calling Earth a big ball with lots of water. Doesn’t quite do justice- does it? So let’s do this beautiful creation some justice.
As with all good stories, we start with our heroine. Ehmandah Ramsey is a lot of things- one dimensional is not one of them. Growing up in the foothill village of San Dimas, as one of six kids of a well respected pastor, Ehmandah tapped into that wondrous thing called fellowship at a very young age.
“Ever since I was little kid being around the buzzing groups at church or parties, all I can remember is thinking ‘I like this. I want this.’ “
She found that feeling in music at the church and later as a professional singer and musician. As an adult she’s sought to create that feeling for others in her non-profit work. As head of a non-profit specialized in providing education and support to women, she has brought others into that special place of acceptance, excitement, and energy she refers to as “the tribe.”
Well that’s an easy one- Tribe Cowork. THE TRIBE is the community made up of a collective of individuals who share a common entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit. Some are seasoned professionals living their dream, and some are just starting their journey. So the coworking aspect of it, is the physical space where all the creative magic happens, but THE TRIBE is really what Tribe Cowork is.
As a coworking community, the focus of 210E is to leverage and showcase the diverse talents of its’ members. Cultivating a special group of people is a tough thing to do, but the belief at the Tribe is that if you are transparent about who you are, your tribe will find you. Like that great Dr. Suess quote: “Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind.”
These three little words encompass so much about Ehmandah’s philosophy and the culture of Tribe Cowork. In essence, it’s all about the synergy and support made possible by people coming together. So when we say THE TRIBE EATS, we mean that together we’re stronger than we are apart, and that taps into the true meaning of community. When we see those around us as complementary of our skills, we come together and CHOW DOWN- so to speak. At the Tribe, we have a pretty wide range of talented leaders who all can learn from one another. We’re always looking for more energizing talent to put more food on the table.
