Crystal Clean Carpet
is hereby recognized as a
TOP GUN Professional Business!
Amy and Shayne Hennigar, you are considered a champion business owner for building and managing Crystal Clean Carpet, a residential and commercial carpet cleaning company in Wright County.
Small businesses are the backbone of an economy.
The owners of these small businesses are entrepreneurs who often take financial and business risks, provide employment opportunities, and add their creativity and ingenuity to the overall commerce of a local community, town, city, and county. Many business owners work long hours, endure challenging times, and make personal sacrifices.
Our research team at Expansion Support Services, owners of the County Advisory Board, identified Crystal Clean Carpet as a family-owned business that is appreciated by its customers and provides valuable carpet cleaning services throughout the Wright County community.
The story of Crystal Clean Carpet is one of hard work, education, investment, and steady growth. Co-founders and co-owners Amy and Shayne Hennigar began their journey by traveling to Chicago, where they spent a week completing professional training and both became certified. At the conclusion of their training, they returned home with a new truck and the professional cleaning equipment they would use to begin building their business.
Like many successful small businesses, Crystal Clean Carpet started small. Amy and Shayne initially operated the company on weekends while continuing to work their regular jobs. As the business grew, Amy eventually left her job to devote herself full-time to managing the paperwork, billing, scheduling, and day-to-day administrative responsibilities of the company. Two years later, Shayne was able to leave his job as well and dedicate himself full-time to Crystal Clean Carpet.
Today, Amy and Shayne continue to work together to operate and grow the business. Shayne performs the physical, hands-on work of providing the company’s professional carpet cleaning services, while Amy oversees the administrative side of the operation. Their partnership, shared dedication, and complementary responsibilities have helped Crystal Clean Carpet become the trusted local business it is today.
Along the way, Amy and Shayne have continued to learn, improve their craft, and invest in their company. Operating professional truck-mounted cleaning equipment requires specialized knowledge, practical experience, and ongoing maintenance. Shayne has developed the hands-on expertise needed to operate and maintain this equipment while consistently providing customers with dependable, professional results.
Today, Crystal Clean Carpet remains a local, family-owned business, and that local connection extends beyond the customers it serves. Amy, Shayne, and their family believe in supporting the community that supports them. Over the years, Crystal Clean Carpet has contributed to local youth basketball programs, high school teams, community organizations, fundraisers, and other local causes through sponsorships and donated gift certificates.
The company’s continued success speaks to the dedication and ability of Amy and Shayne Hennigar to overcome the many obstacles and challenges that are part and parcel of business ownership.
