This week we had one of those "20 minute" jobs turn into a 2 hour job.

A simple element change turned into grinding off the broken studs, drilling holes in the stainless steel boiler, and installing new "studs" so the element could be mounted tight against the tank.

It was a good reminder to always be prepared and have the right tools on hand!

Earlier this week, one our customers had a double stack propane oven in storage. We removed the single oven, converted the propane ovens to natural gas, and installed them in its place. 🔥
