🍇✨ Slow and steady wins the race! ✨🍇

​Our grapevines are taking their sweet time waking up this spring, but we are absolutely thrilled to see that the baby grapes are finally starting to form! 😍🌱

​Those little green clusters you see right next to the new leaves are called inflorescences—they are the tiny flower clusters that will eventually bloom and transform into full, juicy bunches of grapes.
They might be a little slow, but good things take time! ⏳🍷

​We’ll be keeping a close eye on the vineyard as these buds develop. Nature works on its own schedule, and right now, it's looking beautiful. ☀️🌿

🌱🍓 Wow, these strawberries are moving fast! 🍓🌱

​We can’t believe how quickly things change out here. Just look at this—some of the strawberry plugs we put in the ground just last week are already pushing out beautiful little white blossoms! 🌸✨

​While it’s incredibly exciting to see them blooming so soon, we actually have a bit of a tough job to do this week. We have to go through and carefully prune off these early flowers. ✂️🍂

​It feels a little backwards to cut off potential fruit, but right now, we need these young plants to channel all their energy into building strong, deep root systems and lush green leaves instead of making berries. Giving them this tough-love head start now means a massive, healthy harvest down the road! 💪☀️

​The field is lined up, hooked to the irrigation, and ready to take off. Stay tuned for more updates from the patch! 🚜💧

🌱🌞 Hundreds of new raspberry plants are officially in the ground! 🛠️🍇

​We’ve been busy transforming this field, and the new bare-root raspberry sticks are all lined up, flagged, and planted. It might just look like rows of little twigs right now, but underneath the soil, they are busy establishing deep roots for future seasons. 🪵✨

​Now comes the absolute hardest part of farming... the waiting game! ⏳😅 It takes a lot of patience to watch these grow from simple sticks into lush, berry-filled bushes, but we know the payoff is going to be incredibly sweet.

🌿🌸 They made it through the freeze! 🎉🫐

​We were holding our breath during that recent cold snap, but our blueberry bushes proved just how tough they are! 🥶✨

​Take a close look at those tiny green structures where the white, bell-shaped flowers are dropping—those are the early stages of the actual blueberries forming. They survived the frost, which means our future harvests are officially locked in and growing. 🥳👏

​Nature is incredibly resilient, and we couldn't be happier to see these little guys bouncing back. 🚜☀️

🚜 No rest on the farm! 💪🌱

​We’ve been working hard out in the fields getting the next round of crops into the ground. Check out this setup! We are using our tractor and plasticulture machinery to lay down protective mulch rows and get these fresh little strawberry plugs planted perfectly. 🍓✨

​It’s a lot of long hours and heavy lifting, but seeing those green leaves popping through makes it all worth it. ☀️🙌

​There is nothing quite like the honest hustle of farming. Stay tuned to see how these beauties grow! 🌾🚜
