It's getting spooky over here! 👻

This is a video of the grapes going into the tank during one of our crushes this season. The fog you see is from dry ice. We put in dry ice at the beginning to keep it cool and add a layer of carbon dioxide to deter unwanted natural fermentations before the time comes.

These Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are going through the destemmer to be separated from the stems and then the whole grapes are sucked through a hose and go straight into the tank.
