Another fabulous is here! 🪩💕

I’m incredibly proud and grateful to be a member of the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce and a representative of Hood College. Both organizations have continually given me opportunities to lead, grow, and contribute in meaningful ways, and this conference that they throw together is one I never miss.

I’ve always been and forever will be a champion of women. It’s at the core of who I am and what I’ve built in my business, and my life.

Today, I was reminded that there are so many genuine women doing incredible things in my community— and in the world. Their example far outweighs any moment that ever made me question whether I still belonged in the women in business space.

And maybe that’s the lesson.

Not everyone in every room will be your biggest fan, but show up anyway. Be in the room anyway. Keep cheering for others anyway.

The right people will see you, support you, and celebrate your growth. And you can be the same for others.

What legacy will you unleash?

Why I burned down my successful Girl Boss Brand on Purpose 💞

For years, I poured my heart into building the Girl Boss brand.

Now, I'm doing a full SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) of everything I built and I'm finally ready to share what really happened.

Not just the highlight reel.

The successes.
The failures.
The local politics.
The growing pains.
The hard business lessons.
And yes... even some of the mean girl drama.

If you've ever built a business, led a community, or wondered what happens behind the scenes of a brand, I think you'll find something valuable in this journey.

I'm giving you a look behind the curtain and sharing what I'd do again, what I'd never do again, and where I'm headed next.
