As women, we support one another—especially those who are struggling. We lead with empathy, stand firm in our beliefs, and show up with both strength and compassion. A true woman lifts others while standing her ground.
As a company, we humbly thank God for the opportunity to serve in 2025. Through His blessings, we were able to support incredible organizations—building a playground, sponsoring school programs and community sports teams, assisting the homeless, and helping survivors of domestic violence find hope and strength. We’ve been blessed to give to Angel Tree children, teachers, and backpack programs, helping provide food, care, and encouragement to children in need. “Every seed planted was planted with prayer, love, and faith. And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased” - Hebrews 13:16
With the start of a new year, we only wish to strengthen our outreach within our community and others. As such, we have created Steel & Grace - meant to support the strong women who make this industry and our communities thrive.
This group is not only for the women pipeliners working in hard hats and steel-toe boots, but also for the wives, mothers, daughters, and caregivers who hold everything together behind the scenes. Because whether you’re on the job site or holding down the fort at home, you are part of our story.
Steel & Grace exists to serve our local communities and give back to the places, people, and values that shaped us—because empowering women also means strengthening the world around us.
To be included in the very first virtual Zoom meeting, please PRIVATE message either the Lane Pipeline page or Lynn Lane with your email address and/or phone number and how you are affiliated with Lane Pipeline Construction.
Let’s come together.
Let’s serve boldly.
And let’s get started helping others—with steel in our backbone and grace in our hearts.
