Our Clarksburg Chenin Blanc Sparkling is proof that incredible bubbles can come from right here in California. Thanks to Chenin Blanc’s naturally high acidity and fruit-forward character, it makes an exceptional sparkling w**e with bright citrus notes, plenty of fruit, and a clean finish.

Unlike many traditional Ch*****nes, which are known for bready, ye**ty, and even meaty characteristics with age, our Sparkling Chenin Blanc is all about citrus, fresh fruit, and vibrant acidity.

One of the featured pairings of the evening is Hamachi Carpaccio, thinly sliced yellowtail finished with hot oil, sea salt, and yuzu ponzu, paired with our Albariño.
