Wanted to share a quick update from the work side of life and then I'll get back to sharing pictures from wandering the woods with the family.

It has been a great year and there are some great things in the works - not slowing down much during the holidays here.

This year saw the full transformation of The Integrated Life Company from a coworking space business to a creative studio for entrepreneurship managing both internal and external projects all still connected to place-based businesses and a mission statement that remains unchanged for 10 years now - a better way of work for a better way of life.

Currently underway are the final stages of planning for new brick and mortar locations bringing a unique combination of economic development, entrepreneurship, events, and historic preservation to small towns. These projects are set to serve as pilot projects for expanding the model regionally as calls come in from around the Midwest.

We've also launched a new monthly business series for entrepreneurs and small business owners which successfully started this month and will continue through 2026.

Echoes In The Iron, a partnership with musician and business owner Bill Arnold has taken wild leaps this year.

From talks with an Emmy winning production company and filming over 30 music videos with a dozen professional musicians to starting a print only Echoes Publication and working with some incredible cities to bring music to the forefront as a powerful economic tool - Echoes has set the stage to take off in 2026.

I'm so grateful to everyone who has had a hand in guiding me and inspiring me to make big changes and take big swings. And to everyone who reaches out with new ideas, new thoughts, new challenges - that's what makes this work so worthwhile, please never stop!

Many of you have reached out and asked when we would be hosting another retreat.

I'm happy to announce that we are introducing a new format and new options for you based on feedback we recieved from the last few years of events.

Much of the feedback we received from you over the last couple years was that the amount of information and options was a bit overwhelming - and that it was a really long day.

So we've scaled back to offer a monthly series of single topic evenings at Narrin Farms inside the Lodge House. This will allow you to dive deeper into topics with our speakers while maintaining the intimate and relaxed vibe we've had in the past.

Each event is limited to only 20 attendees, includes a great meal prepared onsite, and leaves ample time for Q&A with our speakers and a chance to really connect with other guests.

We are currently launching the first two events in our monthly series featuring two incredible business owners and entrepreneurs.
