A terrific start to Executive Edge 2026!

This morning, JADE Strategies President & CEO Joscelyn Davis opened the conference with The Conversations That Define Leadership: Navigating Change, Trust & Governance.

The session explored how leaders can approach the conversations that shape trust, surface healthy conflict, navigate change, and move organizations forward.
As Joscelyn shared:

We had a terrific time facilitating the Personality Dimensions® Awareness Workshop for the Auburn Hills Chamber of Commerce ILEAD Class of 2026. The energy, openness, laughter, and insight in the room made this an especially rewarding session.
