This Saturday, Soar Over Obstacles is offering a FREE Ninja Warrior Trial for parents and kids ages 5-18! Train side by side on Ninja Warrior and Spartan-style obstacles in a fun, challenging environment designed for family bonding and fitness.

Our expert coaches will guide you through this 1-hour experience, giving your kids the chance to see what it’s like to be a real Ninja Warrior. This isn’t just play—our members train for real competitions like Spartan Races and Ninja events, and now your family can too!

⏰ Time: Two sessions—2pm-2:50pm and 3pm-3:50pm

Attention Clarksville! 🥷 If you’re 40+ and looking for something totally unique to boost your fitness, look no further! Our 9-week Ninja Warrior training program kicks off October 1st, and we’ve got about 17 spots left! We aren't old, we're SEASONED!!

This isn’t your average gym workout. Over 9 weeks, you’ll train twice a week at Soar Over Obstacles, building strength, agility, and ninja techniques that will get you in the best shape of your life. You’ll also get custom home workouts to keep you moving even on your days off.

Then, mark your calendarS, because Saturday, December 7th, is competition day! A beginner/ intermediate level Ninja Competition. Age brackets will be every 5 years, divided by Men & Women, so you’ll compete against people your age. It'll be time to rock it out and have some fun.
