So we started the crusade today, and hot damn what a day it was. We saw mighty warriors clash in ship boarding actions and races that were best left forgotten remembered.
Thank you to everyone who came out and hung out with us and gamed. I am ready for next week's conflict so we can add it to the lore excerpts that we shall be having. If you are anywhere near middle Tennessee, please come check us out in Clarksville. We will be there for the next 11 weeks!

It's been too long since I have driven the whip to these beasties. I have always been a huge skorne fan boy, and I am finally getting back into a game I thought long dead. Adepticon showed me how wrong I was, im really looking forward to getting these boys built and on the table! Keep a look out on the page for updates. I'm going to start getting back to regularly posting for you guys as I know I've been in and out, but I haven't been idle.

So I meant to post this yesterday but was unable to due to the holiday. I would ask that you all join me in wishing my wife a happy birthday! This woman has been through hell with me and back. We have seen rough times, and we've seen really rough times and we are still going strong. She is by far one of the strongest people I have ever met. Always she places the family first and takes care of them. (Me included). Our girls have a phenomenal role model in which to follow, and our son a model in which how woman should be. She has supported all of my crazy ideas even when she doesn't think they'll work. Always I know she is in my corner and I couldn't ask for a better spouse.
I love you doll and wish you a happy birthday,and that life may bring you as many bright things as I know you deserve.

Well guys it seems I'm back at it. After a great time at adepticon and having immense opportunities hit me with a ton of bricks. I'm happy to say that the convention has really brought me to a point where I see where I want my hobby future to go. I am incredibly blessed in many ways but this was awesome.
As to the post! I am rejoining the shadow empire of cryx. I remember playing this game when pp first brought it out and loving it. At adepticon I had the chance to play a few demo games and had a chance to ask tons of questions. Steamforged games is doing it, the hype and all is well deserved. They took what was and made it better. I really look forward to what the future holds in so many ways.

Guys! I finished the army! We'll this bit for adepticon. Hope yall like it took forever, I started building it on the siege of terra book one and ended on 1 hour left of the end and the death vol 2. First army I have ever done this much conversion and sculpting work on. Really proud of it!

So here is more on my personal project for my sons of horus! Their based on the siege of Terra so using some of the chaos space marine parts but keeping away from the daemon stuff. Lore wise my praetor is gonna be one of the reavers that closely followed abaddon and his thoughts. As such my guys will be just marines as it's a legion fight and they don't need daemons to win. Really living the look I have going and the bases are a blast to do.
I really like the conversion work I've done on the rann model as it's all outside my sandbox to do kitbashes and all that. Especially all the cutting I've had to do that was nerve wracking. But I hope you all like them! Please tell me what you think.

I'm sorry, my friends, that I haven't had a chance to post in a few days. Life got in the way! But here we are just chipping away at this slaanesh commission. We're so close to being done here, and I'm excited to get full group pictures. This thing was fun to paint, but like the rest of the army, it has gems everywhere. As we keep trucking on this job, this dude is alot of fun to paint. I just have the base left to finish up but I wanted you all to see him in all his glory. I was really going for a bright paint scheme to represent him in the lore. It's a far cry from what I usually do with grimdark stuff. I do feel that this guy came out great overall! Please let me know what yall think.
