🇺🇸 VIP Visit, Family Swear-In & Special Recognition | Army Recruiting

Today we had the distinct honor of hosting a Family Swear-In Ceremony for Future Soldier Justin Davis as he took the oath surrounded by family, mentors, and leaders who support his decision to serve.

Future Soldier Davis enlisted as an 11X Infantry Recruit and will be shipping to Basic Combat Training soon. From Future Soldier Training to this milestone moment, he has consistently shown motivation, discipline, and the drive it takes to earn the title of Soldier.

We were also privileged to welcome Don Davis (chatgpt://generic-entity?number=0), U.S. Representative for North Carolina’s 1st Congressional District, U.S. Air Force veteran, and proud father.

In a truly humbling moment, I was honored to receive a congressional coin — a gesture I will not take lightly.

Sir, thank you for your leadership, your service, and your continued support of the next generation.

Today, SFC Young, SFC Dixon, SSG Fox, HRAP PFC Powell, and Future Soldiers Hines, Olmos, and Dupree spent their lunch hour volunteering at NC Support Our Troops. 🇺🇸

This nonprofit organization is dedicated to providing care and comfort items to service members and their families, along with expressions of appreciation for their service and sacrifices. They also proudly support veteran organizations throughout the community.

SSG Telford, SSG Fox, HRAP PV2 Cahoon and I had the privilege of sitting down for a cup of coffee with Sheriff Paula S. Dance at the Coffee with a Cop event at Melting Ground Café in Winterville, NC.
Sheriff Dance and her team shared their unwavering commitment to serving our community with the best care and dedication possible. During our conversation, Sheriff Dance opened up about her personal journey and the experiences that led her to become the Sheriff of Pitt County.
With her wealth of knowledge and expertise in law enforcement, serving in various departments throughout her career, it’s clear that she’s the right leader for the job. Her passion for serving the people of Pitt County is truly inspiring.
It was an honor to connect with such an amazing leader over a great cup of coffee.

I joined the Army as a college sophomore, and while my path took a different turn, I made sure it didn’t end there.
