The best indicators that your baby is getting enough milk include:
✔️ Steady weight gain
✔️ Plenty of wet and dirty diapers
✔️ Baby appears satisfied after most feeds

People who are breastfeeding have historically been underrepresented in medication research. That means many families and healthcare professionals are left without the information they need to make confident decisions about medication use during lactation.

It's hot in some parts of the UK! 🌞 Even in very hot weather your exclusively breastfed baby doesn’t need additional water, but they will probably want to breastfeed more. It's good to offer. The composition of your breast milk will change in response to the need of your baby - a higher water content in the hot weather and a higher fat content in the colder months.
