Second Life When someone reports another person for "legit" actual child endangerment, or sexual exploitation of a child/minor, Or running locations inside Second Life that exploits child avatars and or actual child accounts and Linden Labs turns a blind eye to it., then this makes a hostile environment where your TOS cannot be enforced or properly moderated. Then you ban that persons account for no reason after for reporting actual TOS violations, thats a good way to get yourself a pretty hefty lawsuit, and bad PR. Since my account was banned over false alligations. I will be contactng anyone I can in the media with the actual infrations I have recorded. I have screen shots of adults doing lewd activities with child avatars, and other serious TOS violations that Linden Labs is actively ignoring. Why bother with a TOS, if you dont enforce it? Why ban someone who is actively trying to report infractions you seem to ignore? Your allowing child exploitation, and when someone reports it, you believe the best action is to make up a false "Ageplay" infraction and ban them. You can and will be sued as the services I have paid for has been stolen from me, all the copy right material I have purchased in game, and now have been denied access too breaches far beyond the minimal felony level. Will be contacting local news for my area as this abuse and child explotation needs exposed. Second Life is not kid safe. Its an environment where pedophiles groom and corrupt children , while those that report it, are banned.
