I wanted get on my page to say that I’m truly sorry for any orders recently that I have had to cancel, orders that I have messed up on, not answering messages in a timely manner. My daughter and I Strive to make our clients happy and wanting to come back to us. When I say we Appreciate each and everyone one of you is not enough. We wouldn’t be where we are today if it wasn’t for our amazing clientele and community.
The last couple of months have been extremely challenging in my life and business and some days have really shown how it has affected our business.
I had to leave Clarksville today in a hurry (emergency) and left my daughter Victoria holding down the fort, in our haste of things a cake didn’t get done correctly. Lots of anger and tears from me but especially Victoria who felt like she let our client down, I know she gives her heart and soul to out business. I can’t fix it, I can’t change it, I can only move forward to do better. So again to anyone who knows me all these years I take responsibility for my actions. I’m sorry again for anyone I have disappointed.
Again, we will do better.
