We are proud to be active partners in the communities where we live and do business. For more than a century and a half, Stimson has been managing forest lands, harvesting timber and manufacturing forest products. While a lot has changed since our company was founded, our vision and purpose are as timely as ever. Sustainability: With over a century of sustainable forestry practices and continuous land stewardship, we take pride in managing our timberland in a sustainable manner. Quality: A steady flow of raw materials from our own company lands allows us the flexibility to run our manufacturing facilities in efficient manner while producing high quality lumber and hardboard products. Partners: We believe in being a good partner and neighbor in the communities where we live and work. As a company — and as employees — we are proud to actively contribute to our communities. We donate our time and resources, open our land for recreation, and serve as a valued partner to businesses and residents. Vision: We are an efficient, process driven company, focused on managing a seamless supply chain — from a Stimson tree to a retail distribution center. Our team efforts result in a stable sustainable business that benefits our customers, employees, shareholders and communities.
