Stimson Lumber's Clatskanie Mill is hiring Production Workers! Apply in person, online, or send your resume to [email protected]!

About the Role:

Fuel allowance will be bumped up from $200 a month to $350 (or $175 per paycheck).

Responsibilities:

General clean up of production areas, equipmnet and timber/rough yard

Operating chainsaw, bob cat and forklift for clean-up

Lock out of equipment for cleaning

Picking up and stacking stickers at end of production

Working in a safe manner at all times

Move quickly, consistently and safely to keep up with the current flow of production

Qualifications:

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs., stand up to 10 hours a day, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, stoop and bend at the waist, and move equipment as needed

Must be comfortable in year-round outdoor temperatures, in loud conditions, with airborne particles (sawdust), and working around moving mechanical equipment

Team player and highly self-motivated individual.

Perform repetitive work

Able and willing to learn new positions in a short period of time.

3+ months of manufacturing or production experience

Available Shifts:

2nd Shift - Mon-Fri 4:00pm-12:30am
• Day Shift (Full Time) Wed-Sat 5am - 3:30pm
• Day Shift ( Part-Time – however must have a flexible schedule)
