Here’s a recent second floor shower demolition that we completed.

The process starts with floor and dust protection. Then a HEPA air scrubber with ducting for negative air exhausted to the outside is setup.
Detaching and saving the glass and shower head system for reinstallation.
Demolition and deconstruction of floor and wall tile as well as backer board is completed within the containment chamber. “Chasing” nails & screws is completed.
Debris is bucketed, bagged and staged for a short haul-out window to minimized disruption within the house.
Once hauled out, a final HEPA vacuum cleanup and wet wipe of counters, door k***s and horizontal surfaces is completed in order to ready the Master Bath for use and ready for the next tradesmen.

Everything is thought out to be as minimally invasive as a demolition project can be.

The cost of doing business is expensive! Today was no different.
4 new tires for one of the trucks.
2 new tires for one of the rolloff trailers. (Worn and looking like a pin cushion) 2 nails and a bolt!
A new battery for the extraction van. That’s after replacing the alternator, belts and tensioner pulley last week for the direct drive truck mount.

$120 to almost get a full tank of gas in the truck and $90 to get 3/4 in the extraction van.

New lights, grommets, wiring and paint for the tilt trailer project.

Shopped local where possible.
