Yesterday, our RiverWILD Commercial team had the privilege of attending the ribbon cutting ceremony for White Oak Townhomes in the Cary/Apex area. This project represents much more than the completion of 30 new townhomes. It reflects collaboration and a shared commitment to serving the community.

RiverWILD Commercial was proud to provide all vertical construction for the development, along with landscaping, pond conversion, and the installation of key amenities including a playground and community mailbox kiosk. Through our team's versatility and construction expertise, we were able to expand our role and contribute to additional portions of the project beyond the original scope.

Completed three months ahead of schedule, White Oak Townhomes consists of more than 65,000 square feet of residential construction and includes 15 homes designated as affordable housing opportunities for residents earning 80% or less of the Area Median Income, helping support the White Oak Foundation's mission of "Caring for the Total Person."

We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with the White Oak Foundation and celebrate this milestone. Thank you to everyone who played a role in bringing this project to life. We look forward to seeing the positive impact it will have for years to come.

It’s a foundation for your future and a place to build lasting memories. We might build the house, but it’s the people inside who make it a home. That’s what it’s all about.

Last month, our team took part in a company-wide Step Challenge and they didn’t disappoint 👟 What started as a little friendly competition quickly turned into daily walks, lunchtime laps, evening strolls, and plenty of leaderboard watching 😅

Over the course of the challenge, 16 members of our team logged more than 3.6 million steps (roughly 1,750 miles traveled on foot)!

A special shoutout to our top finishers:

🥈 Mark Pahlmann with 312.2K steps
🥉 Danielle Burke with 303.2K steps

More than anything, we loved seeing team members encourage one another, get active, and have some fun along the way. A little competition never hurts either 😉💪 💯

May anniversaries, part two 👏

This group is made up of some hardworking men from our Construction team, and we’re proud to celebrate each of them this month. The long days, early mornings, attention to detail, and pride they bring to the job every day does not go unnoticed.

There’s a lot that goes into what our teams accomplish, and it wouldn’t happen without people like this leading the way in the field. We’re thankful for their commitment to the work, the people around them, and the culture we continue building together.

Grateful for this crew and all they bring to our WILD family 💪

Today, we remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice is the reason we enjoy the freedoms we have today, and we will never take that lightly. 🇺🇸

May anniversaries, part one 🎉

This month, we’re celebrating a big group of team members across our WILD brands, and we couldn’t be more thankful for each one of them. Their hard work, talent, leadership, and commitment to what we do every day plays a huge role in moving our teams forward.

One of the best parts of our company is the people behind it. From the jobsite to the office to the farm and everywhere in between, we’re grateful to work alongside such an exceptional group that brings so much to the table.
