Essential Functions:
• oversee the company’s financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable
• payroll
• daily financial entries
• performing daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, and record payments and adjustments
• maintains historical records by filing documents
• Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.

Position Type/Expected Work Hours:
• This is a full-time, exempt position. Typical work hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This position offers Medical benefits, Retirement, and vacation time. Paid holidays are also offered with this position.
