We work 4 ten hour days giving a three day weekend. Our goal is to always work thru the winter and not lay anyone off. Started this job in June of 2020. It turned out beautifully but had some items delayed in shipping so had to wait to post pics until finishing touches were complete. These home owners were some of the very best to work with. It’s hard to leave a project when they feel like family. We appreciate their business, friendship and support ❤️.
Fulmer Masonry did the exterior stone work and Chris Dillenback did the interior tile work. Leigh Dillenback at Porch and Paddle is the architect.

Reff Development’s latest project start to finish. This is a second floor rental we own on Hugunin St in Clayton. It was coated in ni****ne and old dirt when we started and smelled like it too!🤢. The floor plan was reconfigured to make a large bedroom on the front of the building, a bigger bath and opened up the tiny kitchen to have a dining area in it also. The smaller back bedroom only needed new carpet and paint. Kitchen and bath have new floors as well as all new cabinets and fixtures. The original maple hardwood in 2 front rooms were sanded and polyed . New wiring with additional lights and plumbing and insulation blown in the full length of attic topped it off. We are very pleased with the outcome 😊. Thanks as always to our great crew and especially to Joshua Reff who put in long days to getter done! Now to trap the squirrels out of the attic and our tenant is excited to move it! When the weather breaks the back porch will be finished and the trim painted all around.

Just some beginning foundation work on a job we started in early June. Our first regular work during COVID. Wonderful homeowners make it a super sweet job. Thanks to Leigh Dillenback for recommending us. As you can see by the last photos the view and sunsets from the lift are pretty awesome😊
