A cheeky Irish whiskey sour: fresh lemon & lime, Liquid Lore’s house-made green peppercorn , allspice, & blackberry syrup, shaken to silken, foamy perfection [choice of egg white or egg white substitute], finished with lime wheel, a rainbow sour candy skewer, and a cheers to the Sídhes*.

*SÍDHE (pronounced “she”) are the luminous, otherworldly figures of early Irish mythology—beings of craft, sovereignty, & subtle magic. Said to dwell deep beneath the hills & mounds of Ireland, they embody power that is felt rather than seen.
