Valley Signs is looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Finance & Administrative Coordinator to support our daily financial operations and internal documentation systems.

If you thrive in a structured, high-accountability environment where details matter and your work directly impacts cash flow and organization, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:
• Issue customer invoices and manage accounts receivable
• Track cash flow and maintain accurate financial records
• Organize vendor bills and coordinate with our external bookkeeper
• Maintain clean, audit-ready documentation
• Support onboarding and maintain employee records

What Success Looks Like:
• Invoices sent within 1 business day
• Organized and controlled accounts receivable
• No missed bills or lost documentation
• Clean, accessible files at all times

What We’re Looking For:
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Strong follow-through and accountability
• Confident and professional communication skills
• Comfortable working within structured systems
• Experience with invoicing, AR, or admin coordination preferred
• QuickBooks Online is a plus

Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
Location: In person
