Most of us start saving and investing at some point with the best of intentions.
Then… life happens.
Divorce.
Downsizing.
A failed business.
A medical diagnosis.
A death in the family.
For me, it was losing everything in the Great Recession as a real estate investor while caregiving my father and navigating a health crisis.
Years of progress…
Two rental homes…
A multiple six figure net worth...
The dream home lost in foreclosure—
All gone!
I had started over once before, after a divorce.
Then I started over again, from nothing, at 50.
I bought a home again at 54.
I learned to invest at age 56.
I doubled my money the year I turned 58.
I started helping others learn to invest at 59.
And now I realize—it’s almost never too late to start again.
10 years from now, you’ll be 10 years older.
What can happen in the next 10 years? (A lot!!)
You have a say in who you become.
If we haven’t met yet, I’m Kate.
I lost everything in a midlife financial storm and now I help other financial late bloomers discover their richest life.
If you’ve got a gap to close and catching up to do—or maybe you just want to learn investing from someone who speaks in a language you can understand…
Welcome. Give a follow and stay awhile. ☺️
