A customer called to say thank you.

Not about speeds or coverage. About a simple check-in.

What stood out wasn’t a fix. It was the conversation. Taking the time to talk through options… not rush to one.

By the end, he had a plan. And one comment that stuck with us: “You just don’t see that in today’s world.”
