All units are individually alarmed! You must enter your privately selected gate code into the "entry" keypad in order to access the property. This code will deactivate your unit alarm while the gate opens for you to enter. When ready to leave the property you must enter your gate code into the "exit" keypad, which will re-activate your unit alarm while the gate opens for you to exit. If an attemp

t is made to open any unit door WITHOUT the corresponding gate code being entered, the alarms will sound on the property and in the office which immediately notifies staff of the intrusion. Properties monitored 24/7 by our state of the art video surveillance system and cameras! We have an on-site Resident Manager! Two fully fenced and gated facilities! Access 365 days per year! REMINDER: PRECAUTIONS FOR FIRE SEASON!! We are in the thick of it and extremely hot and dry. Record low rainfall put us in a very high fire danger. Here are a few reminders: Make your half tank mark your reminder to fuel for emergency evacuations. Please do NOT mow after 10am. Keep water close by. Don't toss cigarette butts out your car window. Check to be sure your chains or anything that can spark are not dragging on the road. Don't park vehicles in the dry grass. Whether an owner or renter, take time to clear your property of weeds and dead branches, and trim branches up from the ground. Clear gutters. Make a defensible space for your home and family. Help your neighbors and those unable to do the work. We all need to do our part. Continue to prepare with necessary supplies in case of PG&E power outages. Keep water, non perishable foods, flashlights and batteries, chargers, and gas for generator on hand. It's easier to start now than have to do it all at once. Be Prepared and have an Evacuation Plan For You and Your ANIMALS. STAY ALERT. Don't wait to be told to leave. For the safety of everyone leave when told.

*** CACHE FIRE UPDATE***
As of now the Cache Fire is at 83 acres, and 30% contained. Evacuations from Dam Rd to Main St, Lower Lake are still in effect. Due to the devastating nature of this type of incident we will not comment here on how many structures were lost until we can give a definite answer.
Most of our crews will remain on the fire- with the rest of our personnel working to maintain day to day emergency operations. Our thoughts are with those of you in our community who were unfathomably affected by this fire.

Additionally if you were evacuated from the Creekside Mobile Home Park, or Cache Creek Mobile Home Park please call 707-994-8201 ext. 107 to notify Lake County Sheriffs Office and Lake County OES that you’ve made it out safe.
