Quick demolition lesson: “interior demo” and “gutting” aren’t always the same thing.
Interior demolition can be selective—removing only a kitchen, bathroom, flooring, ceiling or specific walls while protecting everything that stays.
A full gut goes much further. Most or all of the interior is removed, often down to the framing, so electrical, plumbing, HVAC or the entire layout can be rebuilt.
The real skill isn’t just knowing what to tear out. It’s knowing what not to damage while doing it.
That matters whether it’s one outdated bathroom, a fire- or water-damaged home, or an entire commercial building being prepared for its next use.
Interior demolition is one of our specialties—from individual kitchens and bathrooms to complete residential and commercial gut-outs.
Not all demolition starts with a wrecking ball. Sometimes it starts with careful planning, a pry bar and one very ugly room.
