Actors Jon Heder and Efren Ramirez, who starred in cult movie "Napoleon Dynamite," reunite to recreate their characters from the 2004 film in a new spot for Burger King.

The spot, promoting the relaunch of Burger King's Cheesy Tots, sees the pair, who played high school misfits in the movie, sharing the bite-sized potato and cheese snack. Fans of the movie will recall that it was Napoleon's favorite snack. True to character, Heder, who played Napoleon, asks if he can have one before grabbing a whole handful from his friend Pedro. The ad was created by Code and Theory and directed by Lucas Spaulding at Honor Society.

Burger King is bringing back Cheesy Tots for a limited time in participating restaurants, after noting fans' comments about them on social media. The brand also brought back original Chicken Fries in summer of 2014 as a limited time item and subsequently made them a permanent menu item spring of 2015 due to popular demand.

The comeback of the decade is here: Cheesy Tots. For a limited time now at Burger King.

Jonathan Goldsmith - the former Most Interesting Man in the World - has gone from pitching Mexican beer to decrying "weak-ass Wi-Fi" and "cartoon p**n" as the new spokesman for Luma, which markets home Wi-Fi networks.

The actor -- who starred in the iconic Dos Equis campaign for 10 years before he was replaced earlier this year -- appears in a new digital spot for the brand, which describes him as "our newest team member."

Luma is the fastest and most reliable home WiFi system. Take your WiFi back & say goodbye to weak a** WiFi. No deadzones. No buffering. LumaHome.com

Taco Bell has revealed its new logo design, which replaces previous branding that has been in place since 1995. The revamped logo simplifies existing imagery in an attempt to connect with young diners.

Rather than creating something entirely originally, the new logo tweaks and streamlines the familiar bell image associated with the restaurant chain. Gone is the palette of gaudy blues, pinks and yellows which might have been trendy in the mid '90s, replaced instead with a regal purple complete with a subtle gradient shading.

In early 2015, Lyft ditched its pink fuzzy mustache on car grilles in favor of a sleeker version on the dashboard. Now the ride-sharing service is shaving its 'stache entirely as it prepares to launch its next major ad campaign.

Lyft is replacing the so-called glowstache dashboard ornament with a new device called Amp, which it is billing as "the rideshare industry's first in-car connected device." The oblong-shaped device will rest on the dashboard, just like the glowstache. But it has been programmed to dynamically change colors enabling riders to better identify their approaching Lyft car.

Amp connects you with your ride. It's the secret to smoother, safer pickups. And it changes color. Sort of like a mood ring, but better.

Coca-Cola is giving its polar bear mascots some holiday love for the first time in three years. While the bears aren't included in the brand's Christmas TV ad, they will be featured on some packaging, which hasn't happened in the U.S. since 2013, according to a Coca-Cola Co. spokeswoman.

The numbers are in!

Black Friday 2016's reign as the biggest US online sales day ever didn't last long. Three days to be exact.

That's because Cyber Monday hit $3.45 billion in online sales, up 12 percent from a year earlier, according to the latest statistics from Adobe Digital Insights. The day edged out Black Friday by roughly $110 million.

Jill Stein is already calling for a recount. (OK, not really.)

If you've got the time, Miller High Life - once again - has the beer.

The classic slogan, which hasn't been used since the late 1970s, is coming to life again as part of a TV campaign aimed at reclaiming the economy brew's status as a quality beer for common folks.

Two 15-second ads debuted yesterday using the original version of the slogan that debuted in 1971.

The reboot comes with a significant new investment. Spending on the brand in December will jump 135% compared with last December, Ryan Marek, director of economy brands at Miller High Life, said in an interview. MillerCoors spent $10.7 million in measured media on High Life in all of 2015, according to Kantar Media.

Brewed since 1903, Miller High Life was introduced to provide a quality beer within everyone’s reach. Fact: Miller High Life is brewed with special light-sta...

Arby's is banking on 90's nostalgia to sell its newest item, the Fire-Roasted Philly Sandwich.

Any fan of the "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" is likely able to immediately belt out the lyrics to the sitcom's theme song, rapped by star Will Smith. For those who didn't watch the long-running NBC show or have yet to catch it in syndication, as the song explains at the beginning of each episode, Mr. Smith's character moves west from West Philadelphia to live with his "auntie and uncle in Bel-Air."

As in other Arby's spots, the voice work is by actor Ving Rhames, not Mr. Smith. Mr. Rhames is heard but not seen during the commercial, as the viewer gets a very close look at the steak sandwich.

The stats show the female boomer has money and time to spend, but she's invisible to advertisers. With a little myth-busting and fact-checking, marketers could tap into this booming gold mine.

Baby boomers are those born between 1946 and 1964, making them 52 to 70 years old, and the U.S. Census Bureau puts their population at an estimated 74.1 million in the U.S. The estimated number of female boomers is 38.44 million. According to a 2012 Nielsen study, “Introducing Boomers: Marketing’s Most Valuable Generation,” boomers will control 70% of the country’s disposable income by 2017. Boomers made up almost $230 billion in sales for consumer packaged goods in 2012, 49% of total sales. In addition to their existing funds, baby boomers are set to inherit $15 trillion over the next 20 years. Add to this the fact that women drive 70% to 80% of all consumer purchasing, and it’s pretty clear who spends the most.

Despite these figures, Nielsen estimates that less than 5% of advertising dollars are targeted to adults aged 35 to 64. According to the report, “Typically, once a group of consumers reaches the so-called ‘cut-off’ age of 49, marketers ‘go back to go,’” the report says.

Newsjacking is one of the oldest tricks in the PR playbook. Breaking news happens, and media outlets scramble to find experts who can add context. And there’s no better way to promote your brand without spending a dime.

But does newsjacking have a place in content marketing?

Absolutely. Weighing in as an expert on a timely matter establishes thought leadership and boosts SEO. Evergreen articles may generate a consistent drip of traffic, but breaking-news analysis is sexier - and sexy goes viral. When you’re actively listening to what’s going on in the world, you’ll find endless opportunities to newsjack.

Consumers crave content that’s entertaining, insightful, and timely.

3 Strategies for Newsjacking Like a Pro:

1. React swiftly.
2. Exercise tact.
3. Don’t put the sale before the story.
