Hi everyone,
Let shared everyone a little bit about myself.
I started my Nursing career in 2003 and graduated in 2007 at University of Trakya Health Institute Faculty with Bachelor Science in Nursing Diploma/License. Afterward, l completed my Master Science in Surgical in Nursing/Emergency Nursing with publishing my thesis 2014.
During my bachelor and master education, l published 4 researches with receiving one national reward. Then, l continued my researcher career by publishing 3 more research by one receiving one international reward. During my master program, l received dual master degree scholarship In Swish.
In 2014, after l completed my MSN degree, l applied University of South Florida PHD program and accepted. In 2015, l started pathway program for international students at USF. In 2017, l requested from USF to switch my application from PHD to DNP. During my pathway, l got married and became a mother. During my pregnancy l had education gab, unfortunately, due to becoming a single mom, my education career will continue have gap until my son grows up.
In addition that, I recently got my CTM ( Clinical Trail Management ) certificate and continue adding more skills my career and education.
My work career has been divided two different divisions due to living two different countries.
First part of my career: l started working as healthcare provider, in 2006, as internship nurse then nurse, clinic educator, supervisor, Advance Nurse practitioner, Nursing instructor, and EMS instructor until l moved to the USA.
Second part of my career: l have been working as clinical liaison and admission liaison in different healthcare facilities administration division since 2020 due to flexible work schedule as the best option for single mother.
During my education and career transition, l came cross many obstacles and spent a lot of money due to wrong advice, no right advice, misleading information, and my personal life challenges.
After my own fortunate and unfortunately experiences, l decided to become a resource/advocate for any nurse or nurse student who want to career in abroad so they don’t have the same experience and they can well prepare themselves before moving any part of world especially American. Indeed, my understanding from receiving many nurses and nurse students messages l am not only one to had these experiences.
