So, what really resonated with you in this Marketing Strategies for Dentists: Post-COVID course?
"The most important concept was turning a plan into something actionable. In order to market dental offices effectively post COVID-19, not only did offices need to follow all safety protocols, but they needed to ensure the patients knew this. By engaging with patients through website postings, social media, office updates, new websites, etc, they could detail to the public exactly what they are doing to keep safe. Pictures of a clean safe environment helped. These focused marketing plans and strategies helped to target and identify the patients that were likely to want dental appointments and keep up with them during the pandemic. Attracting new patients also can help offices. The example that some retired people are in the most social stage and care highly about their looks was used in this course. They have insurance and make a good patient because dental appointments get them out and they like stay on top of their appointments in related to health and looking and feeling good." - Samantha M., FL
