DOWNTOWN CLEARWATER UPDATE 🌴🎬
Momentum continues building for the future EVO Entertainment destination planned for Downtown Clearwater.
Over the past two weeks, project teams from TK Architects, Halflants + Pichette and Kimley-Horn met with multiple city departments—including Planning & Development, Engineering, Traffic, Utilities, Solid Waste and the Fire Marshal’s office—to review plans for the proposed Family Entertainment Center.
City staff reviewed the site layout, architecture, parking configuration, pedestrian access, utilities, landscaping and fire safety systems.
The meetings were highly productive, with officials complimenting both the scale and design of the proposed entertainment destination.
As part of the ongoing coordination process, roadway vacation applications—along with the conveyance request for the small interior parcel within the unified 5-acre site layout—were previously filed with the city on April 17.
The proposed destination will feature:
🎬 A next-generation multiplex experience
🎳 Bowling and family entertainment
🎮 Gaming and attractions
🍽 Dining spaces
🌎 The world’s largest cinema screen
