Redemption Hour leading Commandment, in his first race as Commandant now has emerged as one of the Derby favorites and chased three others on the Derby trail, inspiring us with his unwavering spirit. Commandment , The 2026 KY Favorite, Confessional ( still possible) and Redemption Hour all trying to make the KY Derby this year. Irony in the names ? Belleair Racing Stables owns Redemption Hour.The video is from 11/1 /2025
Redemption Hour and Commandment were in the same race as you can see Commandment ends up winning this race ( his first win) and goes on to win the Florida Derby. We are proud that we were ahead of him for a good 1/2 mile plus of the race!!
spoke with one of the owners of Commandment prior to the race and we thought it was ironic that we had ended up in the same race. If you watch, he’s the one that powers his way through the two horses which was quite impressive. Congratulations to them and best of luck. Will be back next year.
