On Thursday, July 2, at 2:30 p.m. Richard Childress, Austin Dillon along with US Secretary of Labor will speak on a panel on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. to discuss the unique role motorsports has played in forming the American workforce as part of the Great American State Fair.
