Yesterday, we had the privilege of celebrating the ribbon cutting for the Main Exchange project in downtown Pendleton. While the ribbon didn’t go down without a little resistance, the laughter that followed made the moment even more memorable. 😄

🏛️ What began as a vision years ago has become a project that honors Pendleton’s rich history while creating new opportunities for its future. Projects like this don’t happen overnight—they happen because people believe in their community and are willing to invest in it.

Congratulations to the Main Exchange team and everyone who helped bring this vision to life. 🎉

The Clemson Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to host a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Main Exchange, a transformative redevelopment project that is breathing new life into two historic buildings in the heart of downtown Pendleton.

By preserving the past while investing in the future, Main Exchange is helping create new opportunities for business, hospitality, and community connection for generations to come.

Following the ribbon cutting, guests are invited to stay for an open house to tour the property, learn more about the vision behind the project, and connect with community leaders and neighbors. Light refreshments will be provided.
