There is 331 Million people in the US

69% percent of people have a social media account. 4.9 billion active accounts. Of that number 68% of people log into FB daily. That is 2 billion people! That is only 25% of people in the world! Breaking down just looking at United States the % is the same.

There is 8.5 Billion registered cell phones in the world. There is more cell phones then people. 6 billion text are sent every single day in the US.

Why is this important. When you own a small business you have a ton of competition. Trying to reach people by posting on social media your competition is trying to do the same. You are using the same platform going after the same people.

Every single one of your customers texts daily. Your VIP customers spend 80% of your revenue! 75% of your VIP customers are not seeing your post daily so they are missing very important information.

If you are texting your customers you reach far more of your audience! If you offer loyalty you increase spend by 60%

To add I was at an event this past Saturday and I heard a customer say to the owner "I love your text program, that is so cool. I dont see your post or read your emails so getting text is perfect for me"

To sum up communicating to your customers if you post on social media some of your customers will see them. If you email your customers even more of your customers will read them. If you text your customers the highest amount of your customers will see those texts.
