Most people think scaling a business means running more ads or hiring more closers.
But in reality it’s not about how many clients you close it’s how many you keep.
Retention, oddly enough isn’t something that too many people talk about.
God forbid your favorite guru spoke on this aside from pitching you some backend mastermind that gies only 50% of the equation.
Businesses I work with scale because they understand that good retention is more important for scale then anything else.
The missing piece to all of this?
High ticket CSMs.
They are the lifeblood that keeps the machine going on the backend.
