Chosen Collective Consulting believes in the ability for BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA+ people to thrive, lead, advocate and thoughtfully engage in equitable, just, inclusive and supportive environments. This will ultimately aid in the sustainable growth of organizations and most importantly, a better quality of life and lived reality for historically oppressed and disinvested communities and their future
generations. We are a Blatinx, Asian and LGBTQIA+ owned firm supporting organizations’ journey in educating and implementing strategic inclusion and equity for minoritized communities. We also curate international and national retreat, wellness, and development spaces for BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA+ leaders. Our Reset-Retreats is a healing travel and retreat space for folks of color, and/or LGBTQIA+ folks who do community and justice centered work. This includes artists, administrators, advocates, community leaders, entrepreneurs, and/or those with aspirations to do so.
