Cybercriminals are going after the human element - and it's working.

The BlackFile cybercrime group is actively targeting financial firms and other major organizations using voice phishing, fake IT support calls and social engineering to gain access to sensitive systems. Researchers say the group is averaging roughly 1.5 new victims every day.
