After a two-year break, the Riedel W**e Glass Seminar & Tasting returns to Yonah Mountain Vineyards on Sunday, November 1st at 2:00 PM!

What an afternoon at Yonah Mountain Vineyards! 🍷✨

Our Genesis Vertical W**e Pairing was such a special experience, bringing together incredible w**es, thoughtfully paired dishes, and even better company. One of our favorite parts of hosting events like this is looking around the room and seeing so many familiar faces alongside guests joining us for the first time. 🤍

A huge thank you to Honeybrook Catering for creating an incredible menu that paired beautifully with each pour, and to our amazing Yonah team for all the work behind the scenes to make the entire experience feel seamless from start to finish.

And, of course, thank you to everyone who joined us. We hope you enjoy looking back through some of our favorite moments from the afternoon!

This past Sunday, we had the pleasure of welcoming guests to our Genesis Vertical W**e Pairing Experience, where we took a journey through the years, exploring the unique characteristics of our Genesis w**es.

From the thoughtfully curated five-course menu by Honeybrook Catering Catering to each carefully selected w**e pairing, every detail came together to create an afternoon filled with incredible flavors, great conversations, and a little friendly competition as guests voted for their favorite vintages!

🍇 From the vine to the w**ery, the journey continues!

Harvest may be wrapping up, but behind the scenes, things are just getting started!

Our estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon is making its way through the next steps of w**emaking. From separating the grapes from their stems to crushing the fruit and transferring it into stainless steel tanks, every step plays a role in creating the w**es you know and love.

Over the next few weeks, fermentation will work its magic, transforming freshly harvested grapes into young w**e. 🍷

There’s a lot of hard work, patience, and passion that goes into every bottle, and we love giving you a glimpse of what happens behind the scenes.

After months of growing, tending, and watching the vineyard change with the seasons, it was finally time to start bringing in the fruit.

There’s nothing quite like harvest season—the vineyard is buzzing, the w**ery is busy, and the next chapter of these grapes is just beginning. 🍷
