What began as a side hustle has grown into a People Services business built around one mission: helping people move forward and helping organizations create better experiences for their teams.

Our founder, Faith TP, recently had the opportunity to share the journey behind the brand — from beginning her career in the food industry at 15, to discovering a passion for advocating for people, to eventually building a company of her own.

We’re incredibly grateful to ZenBusiness for highlighting our story and celebrating the growth of Faith TP & Co.

This is a milestone, but it’s nowhere near the finish line.

What does it take to step out from behind household brand names and build one of your own?

Faith Tinker-Phelps started working in fast food at 15 and spent the next seven years working her way up to store manager. Along the way, she discovered a passion for advocating for employees and making sure people felt heard.

Taking that experience and building her own People Services business supporting both individuals and organizations, Faith TP & Co, came with uncertainty and imposter syndrome. But by trading operational overwhelm for administrative clarity with ZenBusiness, Faith had more space to focus on her clients and grow her portfolio to four ventures.

A few days late, but still on time!

I celebrated my 30th B I R T H D A Y and I’m stepping into this next chapter grounded, grateful, and focused. Building this business has stretched me, strengthened me, and sharpened my purpose in ways I couldn’t have imagined.
