Wow!!! Is it really Summer of 2021?!? 😅

It’s been a crazy couple of years here at CHIM-SAFE! The guys (Kevin and Cody) left on a deployment and were gone from June 2020-February 2021 😳 so it was just me (Kapri) running the business. So if I missed your call or you didn’t hear back that’s why, I’m sorry! So this year will definitely be better!

Then on top of things we have just moved and relocated to better serve our customers! We are now located in Ooltewah which splits the drive time from Cleveland to our Chattanooga customers.

We are back to everything running as normal! I’m in the office most days, if I’m not out helping on the van. We are starting to fill up for the summer months. So if you are wanting to schedule an appointment here’s the best way to get in touch with us:

Good Afternoon!
With all this rain ☔️ We have been getting quite a few calls about water leaks. I always run down the list of potential issue for our customers.

This is a great diagram of common issues we see. The one thing I would add is a Chimney Cap. This not only keeps out rain, but unwanted animals as well.

🔴 Chimney Crown- Fix: Repouring the Crown (we do not silicone the cracks)
🔴 No Chimney Cap- Fix: Install new Stainless Steel cap (so it will not rust) Custom cap options are also available.
🔴Deterorating Masonry 🧱and water seeping- Fix: Point Tucking needed areas, and applying a water based repellent
